Hi everyone,

firstly thank you for agreeing to work this weekend, we are expecting a busy 2 days so its all hands on deck but enjoyable at the same time!
I have attached a map below that shows you were to enter the site and were to sign in, it is imperative that you sign in at the check in booth (shown on map below) with Kieron Walker.
The site is on grass, there is dedicated staff parking, please check the map and follow the signs on the day.

Once you have signed in you will be directed were to go based on were you are working.

Once you arrive on site you will be told who you need to report to and which area to go to.

- Please ensure you are wearing black

- If you are working the bar you will be allocated a section and made aware of your supervisor, it is important you stick to that section unless instructed otherwise in the event of another area becoming busy at a certain time, you may be moved around so be prepared. Bars are tokens only, do not take cash or card payments behind the bars.

- Pay rates
21 and over - £13
18 to 20 - £11
16 to 17 - £8.50

- Pay will be paid into your bank or cash within 5 working days, make sure you fill in the form above so we have your bank details. We will notify you of how you will be paid after the event.

- Bar staff will be required to complete a challenge 25 sheet.

- Saturday is a family friendly event, make sure you are extra vigilant with checking peoples ID, if you see anyone buying drinks for a minor inform a supervisor immediately.

- We do not tolerate drinking or taking drugs on shift, if you are caught or believed to be doing either, you will be sent home without pay.

- Everyone will receive a break, your supervisor will allocate these, do not take a break without asking or been told.

- At the end of the shift everyone is required to help with the site clean up, you will be asked to stay until the site is deemed acceptable by a manager. Fridays event is imperative that a thorough clean up is done as there are children on site the following morning and cannot have any unsavoury items left on the floor, if you see it pick it up and bin it.

- Litter pickers make sure you familiarise yourself with were the skips are, bin bags and litter sticks, if you see a full bin, it needs emptying in the skips behind each bar.

- Smoking, vaping and standing on your phones is not permitted unless authorised.

- Prepare to graft but also have fun!

Travel -
We recommend buddying up with someone who drives in the group if you dont, ill make a new thread for anyone wanting a lift, please chip in for petrol if someone is kind enough to take you.

Arrive on time -
It will be busy, allow time for traffic and delays so set off earlier than normal.
